This site does two separate things with your data. This page explains both.
What happens to the suitability check
You give your property type, roof direction and shading. These answers are processed only in your browser to produce an early read. None of it is uploaded, stored on a server or passed to an installer. If you leave or refresh the page, the answers are gone.
What the enquiry form collects
The form asks for a name, a postcode, one contact method and an optional short message. Keep payment details and other sensitive personal information out of it. Using the website may also create technical security logs through Cloudflare.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use your details only to record, review and match your request with installers. The form will not send unless you tick the consent box first.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiries are stored in the central MoreLeadz Cloudflare D1 database. Only the protected operational dashboard can reach them. We build no advertising audiences from this data.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure overall visitor use. It sets a small number of analytics cookies. That usage data is kept separate from your enquiry details.
Who else sees it
Sending the enquiry form adds your details to MoreLeadz and nothing more happens automatically. No specific installer is notified as a direct result. After that, the lead dashboard governs any onward handling.
Correcting or deleting your enquiry
Quote the short reference you saw after sending. You can then ask the website operator to find, correct or delete an enquiry through the complaints and corrections route.
Formal operator identity and contact details will follow as part of the owner's separate compliance process.
