Complaints and corrections
Tell us when something is wrong. This page explains how to do that.
Before you send anything
Have the page address or enquiry reference ready. Say what the problem is and what outcome you want. Leave out unrelated sensitive personal information.
If it is a factual correction
We check corrections against the best available source. In the first instance that means MCS, RECC or the Competition and Markets Authority. Errors that affect accuracy are handled first.
An accurate statement will not change just because it is commercially inconvenient.
If it is about an enquiry you sent
Use the contact route to ask for a correction or deletion. Quote the short reference from your confirmation page if you can.
