What to include in an enquiry
Give your postcode area and your property type. Say whether you own the home and whether you want panels, a battery or both. Also tell us anything that affects the roof, such as heavy shade or a flat roof.
You do not need to share more than that. We do not need your energy bills or your bank details. If a detail is not needed, leave it out.
Need a correction or a privacy request?
We do not publish an admin email address yet, so use the same form instead. Quote your reference if you have one. Then say plainly that your message is a correction, an access request or a deletion request.
For a correction, tell us the page and the line you think is wrong. If you can, add a link to a source that shows the right fact. As a result, we can check it quickly and fix the page in place.

Please do not expect a set reply time. Although we read every message, we are a small, independent team, and we make no promise on speed. Since the form is the only route, use it even for urgent privacy questions and say so plainly.
