Next, the operator looks at what you sent. They check that it makes sense and that you gave consent. Nothing is automatic. Therefore no installer sees your details until that review is done.

After that, the operator may match you with installers who hold MCS certification. MCS is the UK quality mark for small-scale solar. However, a match is not guaranteed, because we cannot promise that a firm covers your postcode.

If a matched installer does get in touch, you are free to talk to them or to ignore them. You have no obligation to buy, and the form does not book a survey or an installation. We give no promised response time, so a reply may take a while.
